I've had buttons, I've had US predator calls, I've never used an electric predator call and only ever called foxes with the tenterfield I swear by it and don't think you can go past it once you learn it.
Though maybe we should called the tin whistles or folded tin whistles as Tenterfield is patented lol.
ok well the shotshell one you just blow through it or yoiu can suck air through it to vary the pitch...
to make you grab two shotshells, just make sure they are empty for obvious reasons then heat the brass bit with a lighter or a blow torch.. basicly anything that will heat it .! then after it is heater the plastic hull of the shotshell will slide clean out.so you then have two bits of brass from the shot shells.. oh yeh make sure they are the same size! then knock the spent primers out. You then slide one bit of shotshell brass inside the other.. you may need to taper one of the ends for then to go together because they have the same diameter... then force them together with a vice or somthing similar untill they wont slide any further. The shells will not come appart even like this but it you really wanted to you could locktite then or somthing... oh and yhey are 12 g shells... never tried any other than that size... somone should try and let us know!
btw i dont want to seem like i am takeing any credit for the whistle as i brought one off ebay and thats how i learnt.. i made a few for a couple of mates so thats how i found out the method.... bit of trial and error.
kjd- i am hopeing to get out tonight and give it a wirl! sounds great i have no doubt that it will work!
