Which scope?

Post by Bullcat »

I`m looking for a couple of scopes to put onto my 220 swift and my 17Rem. Something like a 6-18x50
I dont want to spend megabucks, maybe somewhere in the region of $350 for each scope. What do you guys recommend?

I think tasco do a world class scope made in japan for about that much, and its similar in size to what your after. Maybe a smidge more than what you want to spend actually but not too much

Bullcat,

Vortex are bringing a new line out that would fit under that price I think. Have not seen one so can't comment on them yet ... I think a quick pm to Antony Goyen would give you some info though.
The one thing I do know is that they will carry the lifetime transferrable warranty.

cheers

Hi Mario,

I am sorry to hear that you never received the catalogues. First was posted to your PO Box address prior to 18 Feb and second went out 20 Feb to the same address. I haven't heard from you and assumed the second had arrived.

I will PM the address details shipped to in order to confirm correct address.

Regards

Antony

I have a Nikko Diamond 4.5-14 x 50 on my 223 which, susprisingly, is optically better than the 7-21 x 40 Bushnell Elite 3200 on my 17Rem. They are pretty cheap and havn't had a problem with mine.
