Would it be a firing pin spring compreser things, made by Foster any ideas please . Should also say, the open end is threaded

pretty sure thats what it is mark,i made one similar for the omark not too long ago.
i believe remington 700 is a pretty close match to the omark. [correct me if im wrong]
