I purchased a Leupold VX-R 3-9x40 fitted to a new Lithgow 101 from a major Sydney gunshop.
Taking it home i went to put a battery in to test the red dot only to find the circuit module that holds the battery was missing. The box showed a Duplex that was crossed out and Ballistic Firedot hand written on the box, I was concerned the scope was second hand. I spoke to the gunshop and was told to either bring it back or send it direct to NIOA.
I spoke to NIOA who were great and provided a pre-paid mail number for the return. I got the scope back today with a full report of what was found and what repairs they did and it works fine.
Great job NIOA
Regards

It's always good to hear that customer service still exists.

Re: Great service from NIOA
Always found Nioa to be a decent company to deal with. I think their pricing is more inline with the US as they got more buying power.
