i have other sight which have 1/4 moa clicks and you can turn the knob half way bewteen a click to get 1/8 clicks. does this work on the NXS scope or does it have to finish and lock into the clicked position to be effective (if you can gather what i'm trying to say). i know that it would not be secure in that position but would it work

Prodjie,
Ummmmm.....I thought Nightforce scopes were all 1/8" clicks...................jeez I'm confused as to WHY you would want to do it anyway
Nope...I don't hink it would be reliable

kenny,
Some NF's are 1/4 I think .. either way no it wont work, how are you going to know where is the exact centre between clicks anyway ??
Even if you could do it accurately how would you get it to hold position under recoil ???
I would say either learn to live with 1/4 MOA adjustments ror sell the scope and buy something with 1/8 adjustments.
cheers

i think i will be pretty happy with the 1/4 clicks, just wondering what could be possible, the adjustment are very clear, so you could easily see the in btween clicks. the the big question will be trying it under recoil.
interesting

I prefer rifles, much more fun and I'm fond of the smell of gun smoke. I was given the crappiest first name ever by my parents at the least the middle and surname works
