I did some experimenting this arvo with the 22 rim fire
On a clean barrel I fired 3 rounds to settle the barrel at 50 yds . I used a clean sheet of paper with no marks , firing the first shot it landed right where the cross hairs were cantered , second a little to the left and 3rd a little low , I then proceeded to wind on anything up to 25 minutes and back to zero firing a shot each time also winding the power between 6 and 24 firing a total of 15 shots after the first 2 the end result I was impressed with and well within what the gun would hold even if not dialling at all
As you can see after the first 2 shots to settle the next 16 all landed where they should

Well I guess it proves it to not be an Ebay Special then...
By the way, did you wear surgical gloves?

What I was impressed with was how repeatable it was , I’ve had scopes that cost $3500 that we’re not that good
I didn’t get the surgical gloves thing though

In all seriousness it really looks the goods.
I guess the reputation Sightron have been building is genuine.
The surgical glove thing refers to the video in this thread:

I have had the same experience with my Sightrons
I dialled the S11 bigsky up to 500 using my 222 hit the gong then dialled bak to its 175 m zero and it was spot o
The S 111’s have been dialled up down and sideways always to return to zero
