Bushnell scope
Just wondering if anyone has used one of the Bushnell AR .223,308 scopes that are advertised in the SSAA magazine. I am thinking they might be ok going on what has been mentioned and the price seems good, just don't know how thick the reticule is etc..

Re: Bushnell scope
I have an Bushnell AR 4.5-18 on a project 223 I'm playing with and it is a reasonable scope for the $$$. Optically acceptable, tracking seems good, magnification and AO seem to work without issues. With the 55gn bullet the dots work like a charm and really do track out to 600m with repeatable accuracy (but only at maximum magnification).
Not a leading scope at all, the Nikon and Leupold versions are far better quality, but more $$$ too. The Bushnell AR scopes are made in China and I suspect if you have a problem with them it would be a repair by replacement scenario.
The only problem I've identified so far is that the Ocular is very large and might get in the way of some bolt handles.
