After a cheapy
Picked up a tikka varmint stainless in 204 for a good price, can't afford a meopta meopro at the moment so after something to tie me over for a bit, looked at a bushnell banner 6-18x50 for $289 or a olivon which my Lgs has 6-24x50 for roughly $265 will also need some rings as well.
Any advice would be much appreciated
Cheers

Re: After a cheapy
Have a mates that's going to replace his Meopta 6-18x50 that's on his walk around 243.
He's looking for smaller magnification, thus getting a bigger field of view(3-9 or 3-12)
He's asking $500.
Cheers Biggy.

dont buy a big magnification cheap scope. Wont be very clear at 24, you will find it not worth using

My mate loved his redfield until the weekend just been. Looked through my nightforce and watched the impact of the 20ppc and realised as trev said you cannot see out of a cheap scope

Re: Re: After a cheapy
Easy fixed- use something that makes bigger holes and it's cheaper than a flash new scope :pDSD wrote:My mate loved his redfield until the weekend just been. Looked through my nightforce and watched the impact of the 20ppc and realised as trev said you cannot see out of a cheap scope
