Neck turners

I have always asked for no turn to avoid this but the time has come to start.
Which 1 or top choices and Y?

I have a pma easy to adjust accurate and comfortable.

I have hornady and dont like it. Have used forster and didnt like it either. If buying now I would go K&M carbide with the proper sized expander mandrel, ergo holder etc. PMA and 21st century are also well rated.

find my post neck turning for klutzes, though sinclair have changed their design since.

While that may be so and I will agree with you, chamfering and de-burring cases after trimming is what I hate most about it.

I am following this keenly. I have started making 221 Fireball from 223, and found several brands that are too thick when completed, and thus require neck turning.

Mainly I have found Federal and Highland/PPy too thick. Whilst, now, I am avoiding these brands, I still have 50 or 60 to turn down to make them usable.

I started with K&M,I have tried a few other brands but keep coming back to K&M,just make sure that what ever brand you get that the expandiron and mandrel are the proper fit/suit one another..

I have a K&M and a Forster for larger calibres. Make sure you get the ergo grip if you go a K&M as its a lot nicer to hold.

The adjustments are easier to use and cutter designs to suit your exact case. The expander mandrels and turning arbors are well matched so the case fits perfectly when turning.
