G"Day All
This I think has been a topic before but i could not find anything.
What do I have to do to import a trigger from the states, are there any forms or such that I will need to fill out or just order it.
Regards

Now, I have bought two from the US. One came in through the mail within one week.. but the other one, 3 months later.. and a B709A form to get it released from customs.
A trigger is considered a gun part, and if it has come through the mail it is because it has slipped through. You do need a permit for one. It is no big deal to get a permit.
Luck plays a part. I believe that Trevort may have my second trigger!

I think the US end has to have an export permit? May be better ordering from the UK or somewhere.

HiWall is correct an export permit is required for a trigger to leave the US. This usually adds up to $100 USD to the price.
Its not all that economical to import a trigger on its own, generally easier to get one here or have one tricked up.

What about bottom metal and magazines then?
I am looking at getting Badger bottom metal, which uses the AI magzines. Might just order a 10 shot magazine with it!
