Dont know anyone who can do it for you, but I got a couple from a member here and fitted one to my Zastava 223, the other is going on another rifle. I just cut most of the knob off with an angle grinder using a fine blade, then ground it round on a belt sander, tapped the appropriate thread onto the end of the shaft and screwed it on. ill put a photo up of the before and after later on when I find them. I ended up with a longer shaft on the bolt handle and the new knob added a few mm as well, the bolt handle on the Zastavas is a little short. :D I imagine that the knob on a CZ would be just as easy to do.

I bet you that you were a little uneasy taking a grinder to the bolt handle mate haha. I would have been!

Nah I just jumped in Keith, but I will confess there were a couple of anxious moments that I started the grinder and then turned it off again. Once the first cut was made, I had no choice but to continue on.

Yes.

I know a bloke who has done several, he uses a brand new CZ bolt for the base of the job. It is quite a slick product when complete. Trouble is, I don't know if he is doing any more.

PM me.

That looks like a dogs breakfast why would anyone want to do that to their bolt. It might be the best you can do, maybe you should do something else.

Yeah, thought it was a bit rough, the comment that is. Its not my cup of tea, but then each to their own. :)

CZ bolts can be a c*ck regarding scope reticle clearance. I used a scope with a minimal size reticle housing and still needed to use high mounts on my CZ452 with the stock bolt. 17hmr went the other way with a modified bolt handle. As a means to an end it does the job effectively.

I made this bolt knob for my target rifle in the pic below. However it serves no real purpose at all....
