I see you got an email from them, is it hoping too much for a left hand inlet ?

I received an email from Boyds only a week ago saying they don't make any CZ527 stocks. Heard rumours they have been made in the past. So what's the story now fellas?

Story is you keep hassling ... an email a month until they do it.

I hassle for a T3 stock ... can you imagine how well a $150 delivered T3 stock would go down compared to the price of sourcing a stock from Beretta?
Cheers...

Bit loathe to hassle them cos they've been good to me for a while now. Might stick to filling out the "product request form" once a month. Cheers, Brad.

You could get one of the Boyds "Un-inletted" stocks and get someone to inlet it for you.

Thanks, I sort of suspected that, hoping Johno had some info. I notice on their promotional video the classic stock has a cheekpiece, that started me wondering if the un-inletted was the same. I guess I need to contact them and get some dimensions.

Mate I don't know how to post an email I received into a thread. If someone pm an email address I will forward the Boyd's email and you can post here with my permission ( don't know if I needed to add that )

But the classic is definately a go, as Con said you have to keep on them. This request form is the way to go, the thumbhole stock is a ripper design. Ive requested that in a finished stock, in fact I said I would take three just to push a little

I said I would have 2. Maybe we could convince them if we ordered 10 each. I am sure we could flog off the rest!

Trev, what about us getting our heads together and I will handle a group buy. If there is enough of us to put together an order of say 20 or more thumbholes they might be just go for it. posted in one big box and share the postage. Get them out to everyone through the net work here and say AHN.

Lets do a hand count count and i'll look into it

May not work ... Boyd's fly under the US$100 on many of their stocks to avoid Export fees. But worth asking to get it in their heads there's a demand, so I'd say fire the question across their bow. Tikka T3 stocks as well, they'd make a killing on them given Beretta Australia and Beretta USA prices.

So we dont have an importer??? Anyone got an idea of whynot ??? I would have thought there would be plenty of demand for them, but then thinking about it having an importer would drive up the price and they are pretty easy to get anyway.
