Importing laminate

just a quick question,
Who would be interested in coloured laminate stocks ?
If I import coloured lamainate would you lot use it for your stocks ?
An example

i might be able to get it made here through a friend in the industry. They won't do it unless there is a decent market though. Failing that I will look at suppliers overseas.
It will be the same as the Richards Microfit & Boyds colours

depends on the colours but I am waiting on a no 9 krieger (due xmas) and will get geoff slee to make the stock. Wouldnt mind something different.

Perhaps it might be a profitable thing to import the plain laminate blanks unworked just as the manufacturer ships them to the stock companies. I think there is just one major supplier in the US, but they produce quite a variety of blanks that nearly all use. As I see you have first rate stockmakers in AUS. pogy

Not sure yet on the dollars .. depends on local production cost .. I would guess between $100 - $200 for blanks depending on colour costs and sizes.
