204 Ruger scope advice.

Hey everyone,

I've been browsing TOZ's site for a new scope to put on a Rem 700 in 204 Ruger, I've managed to narrow the list down to four, all are within budget and should be more then capable of doing the job required.

Burris Fullfield II 4.5-14x42 Ballistic Plex - $289.00
Bushnell Elite 3200 5-15x50 Multi-X - $329.00
Weaver Classic V 4-16x42 Ballistic X - $329.00
Nikon Monarch 4-16x42 BDC - $399.00

Do any of these stand out above the rest, should I steer clear of any of them?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Dave

When I try to go to that html page my security software put up this mesage:-

"The website you wanted to see might transmit malicious software to your computer, or has done that before to someone else. It may also show signs of involvement in online scams or fraud."

I'm a weaver convert. They are great scope and the one listed will work great for you. I run the 6-24 power on a 20 practical and I can zoom to max power under the light and still shoot effectively.

Spend a little extra now and enjoy the benefits for years to come, that is get the Bushnell Elite in 4200 series as the optics is heaps better.

Go a Leupold VX-1 or VX-2 good scope and life time warranty.

Thanks for the replies everyone.

I decided to go with the Nikon Monarch, but steped up to the 4-16x50, also changed my mind on the reticle and went with the nikoplex.

Thanks again,
Dave
