So far all good although it has not done a lot of work the handle sits nicely in the hand.All I have done is a bit of stropping on my belt and it is scary sharp.

Mate I got the 6" utility drop point for my birthday, hasn't done much work aside from legging a few goats but I done as you did and stropped it on my belt and yes it is scary sharp!
It is the nicest, most well balanced knife i have owned.
