Just looking at the M9's now - is an extender tube needed for an extra 18650? If so, which one is needed as I can't figure out the damn website - so many unknown letters & numbers on there :(

Was going to grab one of these: http://www.solarforceflashlight-sales.c ... =26&id=572

But really not sure if anything else is needed at all :/

The extender tube comes with it. You only get max output using the extender and another battery.

Apologies fellas as I'm trying to keep organised with tapatalk, but what are the best batteries for the M9? I have some UltraFire BRC 3000 mAh 3.7v from the MIA nv setup, should I get a few more of these or is there a better battery to use?

Thanks again for the help!

They'll work.

You can find high quality Panasonics on ebay too.

Anything Ultrafire over 3000maH is FAKE as the maximum they have made is 3000.

And anything over about 3400 in any brand is a fake, esp. the 4000's as they just don't exist.

Bit of a detour here but, how is the MIA nv going?
