Re: BIPOD HELP!!!!
That one you have poking out of the bipod is a metal screw. You need the wood screw that is attached to the sling swivel. Take the sling attachment off the stud and screw the stud back in, then attach the bipod. That should do it.

Re: BIPOD HELP!!!!
you may have to remove the metal insert out from the timber and replace one with correct thread pitch

Re: BIPOD HELP!!!!
The bottom of the bipod looks wrong its not a harris is it, if it is it should have a clasp arrangement like 2 steel prongs with knobs on them and they attach to the sling swivel stud. You need to seperate the screw part of the sling swivel then screw the wood screw back in then the bipod clasp will hold onto the flat side of the wood screw Can you post a phot of the underside of the bipod.

Re: BIPOD HELP!!!!
presume the gun came with sling swivel studs installed?... and you've got detachable sling swivel's?... or is that swivel fixed to the woodscrew?
Bipod's attach usually direct to the stud after removal of the detachable swivel.
Some older rifle's may have fixed type swivels which you can replace with seperate stud & detachable swivel.

Here's a pic of the finished product. The mount on the scope will hold a torch from Deals Extreme as well. I thought I would test some of there products out.
