When the police came to look at mine all they did was grab it and tried to move it, it didn't of course.. I have an upright on wit 2 big screws into the stud wall and 1 dynabolt into the floor. It doesn't budge at all. Police were happy with it.

Yours dynabolted to the floor would be fine I reckon. Just buy those padlocks that are supposed to be bolt cutter safe.
