Re: Kahles
Which reticle are you planning and what type of shooting?
From what I hear they are a good scope but I've no experience with them.

Should be good Andrew. Maybe check with the resident smith although I’m sure he’ll try and upsell.MISSED wrote:20/222 Rob

Re: Kahles
Well there is a bit of a story to tell.
Hours or maybe minutes after I received the Kahles I was out in the paddock sighting in at 100m.
I thought wow check the clarity out 20 cal bullet holes were easily visible in the early evening light.
Happy would have been an understatement
Checked out a warren at around 250m with the bino`s 6 suspects just waiting for a zmax
set the bipod up looked through the so brilliant (at 100m)scope and could not see jack
Confirmation from the Agent and back to Austria it went and loaner was fitted up and I really really enjoyed it for the very limited time it was actually used.
The original was returned very quickly and due to work and other commitments it has not been used
So stay tuned

Heve you given the new one a good work out yet? Under low light/full moon or under a spotlight?MISSED wrote: ↑Tue Apr 11, 2023 7:56 pm Well there is a bit of a story to tell.

Re: Kahles
Have you tried it under the Powerbeam? I have just finished trying one scope (not a Kahles) which was reasonable during the day but under the spotlight it was shocking, terrible, a lot of glare and white out (or whatever it is called). I then tried my old 8x56 Kahles under the spotlight and it was great, none of the issues the other scope had.
