Dave had mentioned to his dad that I was interested in the art damascus and the invitation was given
We arrived there at 8.30 oclock and after a quick introduction we were put to work

Amazing how much work went into making a blank from heating forge welding grinding cutting welding rinse repeat
I ended at 90 layers

Then with James help (I watched)he forged out a Nesmuk style knife with his “little “ power hammer
With yesterdays weather like it was I sat inside and went to work with a file and then a coffee etch (best use for blend 43)this was the result
