You'd loose that bet as I won't be home on Tuesday

I am looking forward to it though. First significant customisation beyond a trigger job.

Boyds Stocks (revisted....again)

My stock is in Melb but it's supposedly arriving tomorrow, subject to AusPost doing their bit. Hopefully just a drop in, I'll consider bedding it after I see how it goes.

Mine was a easy fit I just think with the laminate would be good to pillar block and bed. Maybe an overkill but I haven't done it before so i thought I would try it

Tonight I found the Boyds stock fairy had delivered.

So I quickly did the swap over and was much impressed. The only thing I had to do was a very very small amount of sanding at the barrel channel at the foreend to ensure it was fully floating.

Please forgive the poor quality pics, indoor lighting isn't the best for photography.

Looks much better Raven, looks like a "more expensive" one, but just as comfortable to use.

If Boyds made one in the prairie for the T3 varmint I'd order one

(The standard stock on the T3 varmint is the second ugliest in the world)
