Would a couple of long cable ties work to hold the shield in place? Maybe the stainless steel ones?

You could also try a bead of silicone to glue it in place. You'd be amazed at how well it sticks to things...

Like shit to a blanket mate, shit to a blanket. Just manufactured a new cover on the top of a 7 kva generating unit that was slid off the back of a ute by some thickhead, coreflute cut and bent into shape, silicone and hundred mile an hour tape, don't even think anyone could break it now.

yeah no worries at all

Been a bit flat out with real work  but hope to get is sorted soon, My mate dropped of the 11" Pwabeam this arvo so
I hope to have that sorted soon.

Still waiting on my brother to bring back his light and prototype  so probably a wee'k or so for the 240 lightforce I'd say.

I'm still trying to get my hands on a 7" Powabeam, I might need to politely ask some one here to please measure the over all diameter to the out side of the rolled edge and the size of the rolled edge, just in case it is smaller that the other two. I don' think it is but would like to check anyway.

No stress , they don't take long to knock up so when you get to it mate. Once I knock up the 7"
I'll pack them up off to missed.
bloody hell Missed I recon I'd need to send you about 50 to be close to a stock finish.

We will sort something out I'm not to worried yet. I have left the 11" with plain edges so it can be trimmed if required.
I will be looking for a bit of feed back as far as for and modifications for final size.
Chat to you soon
