sightron siii 10-50x60 drama

i brought this scope back in march and its been faultless till now.set up for a 1000yd shoot saturday morning.dialed up the numbers and bang miss.mmmm thats odd usually on target first shot.give it a bit more adjustment, after all it was windy misjudged ect. missed again. WTF!!!.Then while looking thru the scope i tweaked the power ring.bingo! the retical jumped about 10 moa!! up.wound it back from 50 to 40, clunk dropped the reticle again.fark golly gee. rooted won't hold poa.the question is, has anybody else had this drama and can it be fixed in oz or go thru the drama of going back to the usa

I have a 10-50x and it has been faultless on a light recoiling rifle clicking up and down from 100 to 1000 yds. I just posted in another forum asking if people have been having any problems with them as I am looking at getting another one for an F/TR & F/std rifle.
So far I havent heard of any complaints. I was hoping I wouldnt have to splurge on another March to get faultless reliability????

I have the 8-32 on a 308 and its been faultless.

as i said it was faultless in operation till saturday. i have an 8-32 in mil-dot as well on my other 308 and that works without a fault. i sent off a email to sightron explaining what happened and they replied straight away saying send it to herrons in queensland and they will take care of it from there. got to be happy with that
