Thought I would post my new toy and the first rabbit scored with it. The air rifle is the Gamo CFX underlever in .22, it is fitted with a 3-12 x 40 BSA AO scope focuses down to about 6 meters. I have also fitted a 250 lumen light to the side of the scope ideal walkaround light you can see further than you can shoot. :). My first rabbit with this setup was shot at our local golfcourse, (I have permission to shoot vermin here) and at about 9 p.m. the rabbits started to appear, this one allowed me to stalk to within 20 mts and it didn't move after the shot ( hit in the neck ). I am very impressed with the accuracy of the Gamo. I was useing Norica pointed slugs which I recovered from the rabbit and only the skirt was damaged. I am looking forward to useing it more often now it certainly adds a new dimension to bunny busting.

Nice work. My friend has one of those in .177. Appart from a mount issue which he sorted, he is happy with it. He really shoud have got the .22 though. Find yourself a place that has rats. Now that is fun!!!!!!!!!!! Anywhere there is chickens, there is rats.
