Some may have rifles that would shoot these at around the 28 fpe level. I shot this group at 712 fps which is the lowest I can go with the JB OZ 1 Hornet.
At 28 yrd/ 25 m the bottom right group is 0.20"/ 5 mm c-c. Compare it to the original one-off I showed here and at bottom left at 893 fps and 45 fpe. Obviously these pellets will hold accuracy at this lower power, 28.6 fpe.
The top right is from Kodiaks.
The two shots to the far right are both at 25 m, bottom one is zeroed for 25 m and the top one zeroed for 50 yd from a trajectory calculator and shows that both hit the lines I had drawn for the relevant trajectory intersection.
Having zeroed for 25 m I was fortuitously prepared for the two flies that landed on another target paper - see top left. The red haze had hardly settled from the first vaporization when that fly's mate landed to see what the game was .... game over
Precision with accuracy .. that's the game ............
These new .25 JSB KIngs are still looking the goods. Lewis has some coming .. If you have a "mild" or boisterous .25 cal rifle you maybe should think of getting a tin to try ... They will cost no doubt but if they are accurate in your rifle they mwy be worth a try. ... The rifle must never know when the pellet is to go ...... Kind regards, Harryrrah.
