G'day all, new to this forum and what can i say there is a wealth of info and knowledge on here. Been shootin all my life deer over hounds, varmints with the 223 etc. My question is i have a Diana 52 that i reckon is about 15 + years old. This Diana has accounted for literaly hundereds of crows and mynas but i think its lost alot of power over the years. What are my options. Is it worth holding onto and fixing up or should i upgrade to something new?

Hi and welcome KAV300WSM.
We have just the man on this site. Lewis Reinhold is the gentleman behind Beeman Australia, and does repairs on (quality) airguns and air rifles. He is also well respected by us airgunners as a reputable and trusted friend. Give it a little time for him to spot your post, and I'm sure he will offer good advice for your Diana.
Welcome once again,
regards, curan.

Thanks curan and ogre!
It is definitely worth doing your Diana 52.I suggest a Maccari spring kit and piston seal along with a proper tune.
They come up a treat!!
I can do it as soon as you like.

Spring kit $90
Piston seal $20
Breech seal $10
Labour/lube/test $45
Other things will be at added cost.
It will shoot very nicely.

mate I'd love to go hunting with a D52 and quality pellets-something mid to heavy for caliber and domed- you have a great rifle there by all the reviews etc I have read
I never had a chance to try one in the flesh but would love to
haveing Lewis give it the "once over" can only make it more of a good thing
Do you a scope on it?? all the british reviews I read said mount a scope and go hunting or words to that effect

yeah right now is got a 4x32 scope on it thinking of upgrading to something nice on it though. I just put a Swarovski z6i on my Kimber Montana 300wsm and the optics are truely stunning to look through.
