Relax Lewis,
I checked out the "Theoben Eliminator" for $595 at the AGS, Wrong listing! "It is an HW90 .20cal in very average condition with a Simmons 4-12 scope,no Beeman markings on it"
The Real Theoben Eliminator .20 they have also is in V V G condition with a Simmons 4-12x44 Whitetail scope well priced at $1175.00. If I wanted one I would grab it. Sorry nitwit forgot to get the serial number. You may remember it though it has a very striking dark almost cherry red timber in the stock with quite a good grain to it. I don't think it is a very old one.
Ray.

As it happened I had an appointment in town this afternoon,so I did a whirlwind tour of the AGS and "eyeballed" the airguns in question on the way. In the course of conversation while inspecting same I forgot to get the serial numbers. I was rather surprised at the good condition of the Eliminator,I don't think it has seen much shooting.
Cheers Ray

When I seen the original listing I thought the price was a bit too good to be true. I sent off and email and requested the relevant info on the Theoben and a photo if possible. They confirmed the gun was in VGC with scope etc. But they could not send a photo.
I don't pursue anything unless I have a happy snap first off. I thought someone may benefit if they had in fact a Theoben in good order for that sort of money. Looks like confusion reigned in the listing. Sorry.

The Eliminator is a steal if it's the one I'm thinking of.
