Kitchen Killing.

Post by kjd »

Yesterday my Mum complained that the Indian Mynah's were coming and kicking the rosellas and noisy mynahs off the food she throws out for them. So this morning I got my little Annie out to see if they come by again!

I was standing there eating some Vegemite on toast and was just about to pull the trigger when one of the little buggers flew off. So I started my next piece and one lands about 15-20m away from the Kitchen window I let the little sucker eat 7gns of hollow-pointed fury in a silverbear flying 600 or so fps.
Then the Medic mynah came in to see what the fuss was about he lands cm away from the other and the little annie did its job again dropping that damn little scum sucker dead. Upon looking through the scope again I noticed the first one was down and not out but a follow up shot quickly sorted that out.

I'll be keeping an eye out all day for em. Pics to come soon.

*note* we are on 5 acres so its legal to shoot the airgun :D

Keith, get out your RWS/ FX Rapier and get a tin of .22 Predator polymags from Lewis. Then - no more twitches ..........

I added another to the heap a short while ago ........... Kind regards, Harry.
