Well I mentioned that I had quite a few interesting offers to consider

I’ve considered them all and I’m very pleased to announce that I’ll be working with Queensland Gun Exchange in Brisbane

Not only will I back servicing and tuning airguns as before , I will also be able to offer new Weihrauchs!!!!
You will be able to buy your new Weihrauch predelivered and tuned with Maccari products and other accessories before you get it , by me!

I’m a bit excited about all this and look forward to starting it off

QGE is highly respected and David Auger has been around a long time
It’s a great showroom and we will have a good range of Weihrauch airguns in spring and PCP plus their superb powder guns
They are definitely worth a look!

You’ll be able to contact me there and via this site and my email
I’ll keep you all posted

Good luck with the new venture Lewis. I certainly hope it works out well for you. Doing something you love certainly makes for a happy life. A lot of people will certainly benifit from your knowledge.

That is good to hear Lewis.
I have been there quite a few times and thought the place needed a dedicated airgun person.
Sounds like a winner to me. Good luck with it.

Good news Lewis.

I'll probably be due to get the Hornet in for a service in the next few years.

I'll just have to do the drive up to Brissy again.

You still into the mowers?

Cheers, Wayne.

My toys are excellent. The HW50 you put the Maccari kit in, is soooo nice to use, it’s unbelievable. I thought it was fantastic when you first did the work, but it continues to get even smoother. Thanks so much. 👍👍

I’m really enjoying my time at QGE
It’s a very happy and friendly place to work and super professional!!!

I’ve been fixing all sorts of airguns in my workshop even some horrible Turkish ones!!

Great so far!

I thought Turkish ones were throwaway.
Glad to hear it's all working out for you.

The ones I’ve seen are Gamo copies Dave with minor changes
They have sharp things all over them

I can get them going and I’m getting quicker and more careful
Luckily most seem to take Meteor springs
What’s in them is four coils too long

Dave has a pile of them cluttering up the place
I’m turning them into money for him

He’s happy
