The NSW Smallbore Rifle Association shoot the International 50 m target as seen below.
This morning I shot this officially scored target at The Sutherland Smallbore Club outdoor range in some light but quite variable wind. They only have two rows of ribbons at approx 15 and 35 yards for eind indication.

I shot it off two sand bags with the 28 fpe .22 cal BSA Hornet, which is now 10 years old, using 18.2 gr JSB heavies.

Score is in bottom right corner 195/200 with 11 xs.
The X ring is 5 mm, the 10 ring is 10 mm and the 9 is 26 mm.
My other target was a 191/200 with 9 Xs. ... the the pic shows. ... Harry.

Very impressive.
Do you usually used the JSB heavy's for target related stuff?

Sorry, I missed the question. Yes I use the heavy 18.1 gr JSB as it is a tad more forgiving in the wind with a slightly higher bc. But really there is nothing to pick between it and the 15.9 gr JSB shot at 880 fps or a tad lower.
The next shoot I dropped just one more point for 194/ 200.
Kind regards Harry.
