I bit the bullet today and ordered a FX Impact in 22cal. The downside is I have to wait until October for the next shipment to get here.

The last shipment was three months late was expected in March

I believe Pl Firearms in Port Macquarie has a .22 Impact in stock ready to ship

I see they have a Rapid MK1 . reduced to $1600. You don't see many Theobens on the market.

We have two within a couple of hundred yards of each other.

I've seen this in the flesh, very early model but as close to new as you'll find.

I was there today and he said he sold the Rapid this morning.
The Impact is 30 cal.

Talking to the gunsmith in Griffith the other day and he pulled out his FX Impact in 22 cal, his has an 18 shot mag, is this different to what they come with ? I can see a 28 shotter being very handy culling pigeons and other small critters

the standard mag capacity of the 22cal is 12.
