Nope, I haven't been following the new gun market lately, but what I honestly believe is that CZs (both rimfire & centrefire) are the best value "quality" rifles available. I've got the 22lr deluxe, 17hmr varmit, 22 wmr classic & a 527 in 204 ruger calibre. My only gripe is that they don't make 'em in stainless, but they shoot extremely well, are very well put together, and don't cost the earth. It's a rifle you will always keep 'cos there ain't nuthin better for the money.dangaff wrote:Yeah thats what i am thinking
I like the 2010 savage rimfires, CZ Varmint range, Savage Thumbholes, CZ thumbhole once it comes to Australia.
I am looking at prices at all different gun shop website's.
Any idea when the CZ thumbhole comes out?
Re: the thumbhole stock, yeah they look nice but it's a personal choice whether they are comfortable to shoot.
If you end up with an AG down the track, expect to pay close to a grand for the gun alone if you want something decent. Yeah, the pellets are cheap but you can buy a lot of 22lr ammo for $500.
cheers
