A message for Harry and Lewis

Post by curan »

I've just read another Harry post, and feel the need to say thanks..........

First up, Harry,

Thanks for the experience you post for us blokes........ (especially those of us with similar air rifles)

Your R & D is without match as far as I know, and the assistance offered by yourself and Lewis is beyond anything I could state, as to how it has helped me and the people I talk to when it comes to air guns.
And I always look for your next set of targets!

Next up, Lewis,

I'll just mention here that many of my local club do not tend to use websites, let alone this one.... (unfortunate but true). But my club do send their club air pistols interstate to Lewis for repair, and are very happy with the results. I don't shoot air pistol, but I do recognise that a club needs any discipline that supports it, so Lewis assists me here as well.

And Lewis supports us, and advises us in our choices, and does more for our sport than is easily recognised.

Between Harry and Lewis, we are truly blessed with the information and experience available to us.

Thanks to you both, and many years and more strength to you!!!!!!!

regards, curan

AMEN

I've been lucky to have meet them both and had a shot with Harry at a silhouette shoot. Both great blokes.

Yes Fritz, Lewis is a man of few words, but he is "THE MAN" down under for anything air powered. HE is both generous with his products and time. Not many good Airsmiths if any others even exist in AU.

Thanks Curan and David. There is so much to do and to study in this air rifle recreation. We have these amazing top of the line air rifles and occasionally we get a glimpse of what they can really do when they match up to 5 or 10 pellets that are near to perfect.
The big area for improvement is in the pellet arena. I hope I am still around when truly great pellets are made for long range shooting. We may have to pay a premium when they come, but just think of what Eley and Lapua top flight rimfire bullets cost.
...... Kind regards, Harry.
