Air cylinder servicing

Anyone have contact details for someone who can service air cylinders.
The young bloke borrowed my air pistol to shoot tri-state and cylinder is no longer holding air. At a guess probably only a o ring but looks like the cylinder would need to be disassembled to get to it and require a few specialised tools to do so.

How old is the cylinder? What brand pistol?

Rohm about 10 years old, I would have to check the cylinder date stamp to be certain, fairly sure it is under the minimum size to require regular certification, still wouldn't hurt to have a look at it internally to check condition.
Holds no worries attached to a scuba tank or pump but the valves not holding when it is removed.

Might be pushing it. 10 years is standard.

You could always take it to a dive shop and ask them to open it up for you to see whats wrong. As far as them fixing and putting it back together and handing it back to you i dont know if they would. Might be difficult from a liability point of view for them to fix it but not test it and hand it back. Cant hurt to ask though once you know what the usedby date on the cylinder is.

Shouldn't need it as it's only an air cylinder.

Acknowledged Dash. You will if you're testing to see if the pistols works in conjunction with the repaired cylinder.

Prodive Services will really only look at cylinders, and are not gunsmiths. I have been to see them to get o-rings, advice about regulating,new cylinders and fills to 4500psi (SCBA). They are curious, if you catch them at a quiet period and have been very helpful.
