Very nice, much easier on the eye than pvc
For aesthetics I may have asked Mr Dorleac for a flush front ring mount, still plenty of grip on the scope for a small cartridge ?

That sure is nice - has to be one of the best I've ever seen. Anyone else have anything as pretty

Andrew , I have to be very careful here due to such things as copywrite , privacy act & defamacation of characters because there may be forum members here who could have been involved in the woodworking of these stocks. Having said all that the middle one was a rough stock purchased from someone in the Hatching area in Tas , finished off by a budding woodwhisperer up North Coast area under , as I believe in any case , the mentoring of the number one whisperer located just short of the ACT but still in NSW. The furtherest one , if memory serves me correctly has appeared on this forum but was quickly taken off when one of the members at the time , a one humped one made derogatory & hurtful comments alluding to borers in the woodwork.
Can't provide much more information on the history of those firearms except to say they all have become very boring but nonetheless still managing their 5 shots into the 1/4" or better. Any you do see advertised for sale be very wary as it might mean that particular one has moved outside the 1/4" margin.

That one you refer to Andrew has some funny message inscribed into the woodwork - its been that long ago I forget what it was all about but it says something like "first digs ? AK
