Another tikka

Tikka 222 in really good condition. Hardly been shot. Boltface perfect. Blueing on magazine almost perfect. Trigger as good as rifles already in safe. Weaver 10 power scope. Price was too good to pass on.
My options leave as 222 make a 20/222
or 223 and use the quality cheep ammo available for 223.
Roger has a 20/222 reamer thats done 1 barrel and I know he is keen to do me one.
As long as I dont shoot the donor it will be a 20/222

I like them. good pick up. :D Good to see some sense in the next chambering choice, 20-222 is so much more classy than another boring old 20 Vt.

Thats a good find too. The stocks seem to vary a lot. Mine looks like an LSA stock on a M model.
Go on shoot the donor, I dare you

Rifle only cost me $450 so it be cheap to turn into a 20/222 and if its all hype  I can run proven performer 204R reamer in and sell it.

Why not something from left field like a 22/204.

You have plenty of brass and all you need is a bushing or failing that a Redding Bushing die and bushing.

40`s at over 4000fps or 50`s at 3700fps 8)

If I was doing a 20 on a 222 bolt face I would go a 20 Tac, I'd even lend you the forming dies.
Just saying.
