It followed me home

Post by mick_762 »

Honest it did!
Well that's what I told Erica anyway. . . .
CZ 550 30'06.jpg
CZ550 American in 30'06 wearing the Weaver Classic Varmint 6-24 that I bought from BradY.
Already got some 150gn B&T energetic pills loaded for her.

Big thanks to our own Tackleberry for having a good look over her for me prior to me laying out the cash.

NOW. . . if anybody has the walnut stock from the model before - i.e. produced around 1999+ but before this one at 2007 that has the wrap around checkering on the fore end - not the "wavy" checkering on this and would like to sell or swap it - please send me a PM.

This will eventually be rebarreled to .280 Ackley and would like the same style of stock to match to .308 Norma Mag.

Funny how the bastard things chase you around, I sometimes have that problem, though more often than not I tend to go looking for trouble.

Good score! The stock looks like it is in great condition. That scope sits nicely on it too - you must have some big varmints up there in the hills.

Very nice mick. I haven't tried the b&t offerings as yet, searching for an imported projectile is more challenging than buying something made a few k's down the road.
