PWS T3 - the Stormtrooper rifle

Post by fenring »

Got this a few days back - PWS T3 with 10" compensated, carbon shrouded tension barrel.

Scope is a 2-7X35 Vortex Diamondback Rimfire scope.

Whoever assembled it didn't put on the five thin shims that are used to alter and adjust lockup as it wouldn't quite toggle shut solidly. I've since fixed that. :)

Haven't shot it much yet due to that issue - before the lockup was 100% fixed it managed to put 10 RWS subsonics into 25mm at 50m off the bipod, with a crap scope so the potential is there.

Pup is...unexcited.

That is cool. With the 10" barrel Is it registered as a pistol?

How do you find the action? I've heard there were a few issues with the toggle setup when they first came out?

Gnarly looking bit of kit mate and the stock pattern is a pretty good match for the camo that your pup is sporting.

Its so different in style , I like it for what it is.
Does the brake do anything useful?
New pup, new gun, all must be good down your way.

Only got about 100 rounds on it so far, no issues and amazingly smooth.

Dunno mate, but it sure catches some soot!

Yeah, a bit loud with high velocity stuff.
