No worries mate I try and drop in as much as possible. However the stories might be a bit thin on the ground at the moment as there have been a few dickheads shooting illegally around the place and I was asked to cut back on showing some of the things I am doing for a while to avoid encouraging said dickheads from doing more.

Unfortunately the local land owner (read between the lines here and think fucking big company that digs things up) canned all recreational shooting after some drillers met some spotlighters. No one was endangered and the existing procedures ensured the shooters (responsible blokes) checked with the drillers as to what they were doing in the area as they had booked it to shoot in. once they found out they were working in the area the shooters packed up and went home without a fuss. Should have been the end of it but someone put it in the system as a potential incident and hey presto all shooting was suspended with only myself and a very few others still having limited permission due to the conservation work we do.

With local legitimate avenues for shooting stopped some wankers from town thought they could just go wherever they liked seeing as how there were sudenly less people around at night and ended up shooting among other things a local station managers horse (they didnt kill it just left it with an extra pair of nostrils).

Net result is I will only be posting the odd photo of stuff i am doing away from the project for a while

I will still be shooting though and I will be doing my best to dent the cat population as much as possible

Arseholes, unfortunately that sort of stuff happens all the time, bit like me with the rabbit job, I don't tell anyone where Ill be on a specific night, except the owner/manager, other wise you get others on there when ever they feel like it.
