Akkar Churchill shotguns

Post by Buffy »

I went and had a play with some shotguns today and the Akkar Churchill 30 inch barrel model was the one that felt the best in the price range.

Comes with 5 external chokes, and tool. felt quick to shoulder and lovely to swing.

Has anyone had any experience with these guns at all?

cheers

Yep got one. Great gun for the coin. Have sold a heap at the LGS I work at. Had 1-2 warranty jobs and NIOA have replaced straight away.

Hi Buff Buster. We have 3 Akkar trap guns in our club armoury. They are giving good service, especially considering the abuse they regularly cop from inexperienced or non-caring shooters slamming them open and shut all the time. They seem to be well fitted and well built. We've had no problems with them. Suprising at the price. If it fits you well I don't think you could go wrong.
Akkars are also available in southpaw format. (Cast-on) Seeya.

Thanks very much for the replies guys, much appreciated!

It just felt right, I'm not sure how to explain it actually. From the moment I shouldered it, everything was where it should be (from my very limited shot gunning experience)

cheers guys
