Hey all,

Just wondering if any one has had problems with their T3 mags not feeding properly and only being able to get 4 in and the follower jamming up. A local roo shooter was telling me that he had a tikka t3 that was the best rifle he had until the magazine started playing up (the feed lips wore away at the front until the round popped up and the back of the round dropped down and the bolt couldnt push the shell). I would of thought that using plastic in the magazine would be asking for trouble, what do you guys think.

Thanks guy,s

Haven't had a drama with mine, a mates still works like new as well.

I reckon if your lucky enough to wear out a magazine then just buy another and keep on shooting :D ,then again mine has only had a coupla thousand rounds through it.

If your really worried just get one of the after market jobbies.

Thanks mate,

I smeared some loctite 406 on the feed lips to build them up then I shaped it to suit.

I would have emailed beretta. They are helpful in matters like this.

There was rumor that there was going to be steel feed lips on 223 magazines designed for roo shooter. I haven't heard anymore about this in years.
