How Good is the 17 HMR

I know it has been done to death but here is photographic proof of the sheer Killing power of the 17 HMR.

Nah Cam I can not take the credit for the kill in fact James and I were about 20k away :evil:
But I will say that it took more than 1 shot (2 CZ mags) and a quick duck and weave with side step as was explained to me she was trying very hard to have a piece of him :roll: :lol: :lol: :lol:

It's funny, 'cos there are people out there who will swear that the HMR will bounce off a rabbit's rib or a crow's breastbone, or a fox's rib or skull.

I guess pigs must be easier to kill than any of those. :lol:

Fenfing I have had 17 HMR projies slide up a foxes forehead and all it has done is knock him out but others have penetrated and and made"paste" heads.

I've yet to have one bounce off anything - except rocks or steel plate. :mrgreen:

well done i was gona say many pigs have been taken with the old 22 lr hahahaha
