Hi All,

Considering a Howa with a Hogue Stock.

What can you tell me about them...how will a 'wood-stock' only guy (my experience) go ??????

They are very comfortable to hold and feel sure in the hands both of my mates have one each in .243 and both complain about the same thing the rubber in the butt of stock seems extremely sticky and catches on clothing very easily when bringing the rifle to your shoulder.

Thanks for the responses guys....my 'safety course' is looming so I have 'shopping fever' LOL.

The WIT training went well...I have to do some more study...and find a test location closer than 50km away !!!
