Re: Show us your 22LR
I had to have everything out of the cabinet today and took the opportunity to photograph the 22 rifles.
The oldest is the Win 1890 - made in 1902
The favourite is the Martini.
The Krico Silhouette, Martini and BRNO are equally accurate with the right ammunition.

jiggabite wat do u think of the trigger on your wildcat? i think the trigger was the only thing that let my one down and that was the only resone i sold my one. If it had a half desent trigger on them they would be a great rifle.

Re: Show us your 22LR
here's my lithgow 22lr mod55, looks very average but shoots bloody good groups, especially with subsonics.

gave it a clean today, pretty dirty for a new rifle.
Re: Show us your 22LR
We are lucky in that respect Brad, though some police forces were resistant and need a poke with the H&S poker, ie you maybe sued for damaging my hearing by not letting me mod a fullbore. Though it can still be difficult if the rifle is just for range use as most are using ear defenders anyway. Btw modded cf are a lot nicer to shoot, though t8 reflex's are about £200 to buy. The only downside is the handling is upset especially on cf, but if using a rest no worries.Brad Y wrote:With something that is slightly frowned upon in aus.
