Is it a 7mm Rem Mag? Probably one of the best all round hunting cartridges I can think of.

Very nice,
I have to get off my butt and get my .280 Ackley sorted.
Got everything except the time to get it to Col Crittenden to get chambered, threaded and crowned. Oh and screwed in too.
Yes Mick, sort your shit. I'll give you a pass on the Missathon so you can.

Re: New 7mm
And I'll finally get to clean it, then shoot it this weekend.
After I put a scope on it
After I get rings for it.
And load some ammo for it
It's all getting to hard.

Looks good. Should be nice to shoot now.
Even your bench looks like a true gun smiths bench. Shit everywhere.

All I'm gonna say is 0.05mm is all it takes to stuff up the timing in the brake.

Re: New 7mm
Forgot to add, I have a 0moa rail but ran out of elevation at 700m. So I start to order a 20moa one but remember that I'm a machinist so I put the 0moa into the mill and machined off .86mm over 160mm.
I now have a 20moa rail
