The 17 HMR is a fun cartridge

I reckon you will get a lot of enjoyment out of that combo

Probably a bit like why I got rid of mine Trev, centre fires are more splat fun. With ammo at around 24 or so bucks for 50, I reckon I am loading the 17/222 at a very competitive rate with the HMR, with the added bonus of getting a hell of a lot more range out of it. Projectiles are also a lot better built.

Pick me pick me

If the 17 Hornet was available in even a semi attractive rifle I could be tempted.
