Because it seems to produce very good accuracy in cartridges where it is used.ie PPC`s ,6 Br and 6x47 L to name a few.

was all lined up mate, work was going to fly me to Canberra for all day meetings on the Friday before the missathon. But now the meeting has been shifted to Brisbane. Checked to see if they would fly me back to Canberra then I would pay for the Adelaide leg but apparently this is a no no in Govt. You need to avoid giving the perception that you are getting any personal benefit (even when it would save the government about $300).
