As for the noise reducer, a rolled news paper or plastic Coke bottle filled with Steele wool would be just as sufficient

Check out the flat bottom of the stock. Replace the sling swivels with some bolts, then make a pintle mount on the roof of your spot lighting vehicle and bolt it too it. That would make a very good spotlighting ring. But Stalker, where you half asleep when you looked at it, god its ugly, but it is different.

I don't want one! Just wondering how you would pan on a moving target with two spikes stuck into the ground - or maybe you just have to wait, hoping the critter will stand still long enough to set it up so you actually have the time to aim the thing. Interesting but pointless styling exercise.
