Don't want to sound like a grouch, but man o man, the colour of that stock is, ummmmmm sorry. As for the rest of it, well done it certainly shoots alright.

Ok, that would explain why I don't go much on it, Ive always been a Holden man myself. I will agree you certainly wont see too many of them around. You never know, the metal flake may have improved it.

Was gonna say something re the color being a baby shit mustard, but it does look quite good. ...Now when looking at the groups I have noticed that the stock color is almost the same as the color of the target ....could be a spot the rifle if placed in front of them!

And does it still shoot well. ?

Hey Andrew
Saw these pics and thought hang on, i know those pictures !
Turned out really well for a el cheapo project, shot it while it was in primer for a while then painted as per pics,
shot it like that for a couple of years, till barrel had seen better days.
Sanded back to repaint it now its sitting in the safe. will need to coat the action and re barrel before i put it together again.
Current project is a old 6ppc Rem 600 Mohawk action that i had Luke barrel and chamber up in 6mm Pro Cal. just sorting out a stock for it
at the moment, probably won't be together till Xmas, before the comps start in the new year'
How are you travelling ???
