I reckon with one of the new Hawke scopes with the .22 subs dedicated reticle out to 200 yards, that set up would be great for sniping the coneys way beyond normal distances.
They would never know where the shots were coming from.
I'm thinking of investing in one and putting it on the P94s Sako Varmint.

with recoil (not a prob here) and also with power change , I have been using the Leupold LR Duplex Reticle for
sevrel years on a 4-12 and with that and a 55y zero and at differing powers I had reliable aiming marks out to
183 yards so as you can see with the leupold varmint hunters rec it has more options so it will work for me

so new scope and a trigger job and this is a good result at 157 yards
no ruler in the ute so I used a stick until I got home and the result was
Result: 0.9549 MOA winny subs six shots .
